We have a new opportunity in our Sydney office for a 2-4 year PQE lawyer with recoveries and restructuring/insolvency experience.
Working closely in a growing team under leading, supportive and friendly partners, you will act for major banks and financial institutions, and on a range of high profile banking litigation and insolvency matters.
In this role, you would be advising financial institutions and insolvency practitioners on an extensive range of technical and complex legal issues of both a contentious and non-contentious nature.
The team specifically advises on all aspects of recovery matters, disputed recovery transactions, security and guarantee enforcement litigation and complex personal insolvency matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to further develop their skills and work for a leader in their field. This is a thriving practice that is growing and offers opportunities for progression.
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with between 2-4 years PQE with that experience having been gained in any one or more of recoveries and insolvency experience. You will be passionate about what you do, keen to learn the craft and to embrace the opportunities that we will provide to you.
