About the opportunity:
This is an exciting new role for a Senior Associate seeking their next career opportunity in Property law.
Key duties in this busy role will involve 'end to end' leasing, transactional buy-sell arrangements and development work across residential, industrial, commercial and retail assets.
You will have:
- Strong prior experience in Property law
- Confidence in providing strong commercial property advice
- Proficient technical and drafting skills
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Superior time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial legal principles
- Ability to develop and contribute to firm learning and development activities
Ideal background and experience:
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of five years Property law experience in Victoria. You will be committed to achieving great outcomes for your clients and able to manage matters autonomously. Prior experience supervising junior lawyers would be highly regarded.
