We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate (4-6 years PQE) based in our Sydney office.

About the opportunity:

This is an exciting role for a 4-6 years PQE Solicitor seeking their next career opportunity in Employment and Safety law

Working within a close knit high-performing team, you will work accross a large scope of challenging workplace relations, industrial relations, employment and safety matters. The team is small with tremendous opportunities for career growth.

You will have:

  • Strong employment law experience
  • Confident in providing advice to clients on a wide range of employment matters
  • Be proficient in technical and drafting skills
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated commercial sense
  • Ability to develop and contribute to growing the practice

Ideal background and experience:

To be considered for this role, your combined academic background together with approximately 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law will be well regarded. You will be passionate about what you do, commited to achieving great outcomes for your clients and keen to progress in your career.
