We have an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our successful Construction team. This rewarding role will have you providing legal administration support to a team of paralegals and solicitors.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Diary and email management
- Drafting correspondence
- Timesheet entry
- Taking telephone calls
- Printing and compiling briefs
- Monthly billing
- Organising couriers
- Filing/opening and deleting files
- General administration tasks as required
The hours for this role will be flexible for the right candidate, and therefore, we are also open to offering this position on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be looking to build on their administration background to deliver outstanding legal support.
To be successful in this busy role, strong organisational skills are essential and you must be a team player. Ideally you will have previous legal or administrative experience in construction and will possess the following attributes:
- Proven attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A pro-active and flexible attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
