A great opportunity has arisen for a mid to senior level lawyer with 3-5 years PQE to join Dentons' Construction team on a full-time permanent basis.
The team works on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to commercial and residential building, development and infrastructure projects.
You will primarily advise on back end contractual issues and work with a range of high profile clients on all forms of construction contracts, tender negotiations and dispute avoidance. High profile developments will include construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors relating to commercial and residential projects.
You will be a key member of an experienced Construction legal team and work closely with our partners, who have been recognised by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Chambers Asia Pacific as some of Australia's leading construction lawyers.

To be considered for this role, you will be an Associate level lawyer specializing in back and some front end construction.
We are looking for construction lawyers with:
- at least 3 years of post-admission experience
- experience in managing back end construction matters
- confidence to provide technically strong advice with minimal partner supervision
- the ability to manage and build client relationships as well as mentor junior lawyers in the team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and a strong client service ethic are essential.
