Increased work in our Adelaide Real Estate practice has seen a golden opportunity for a Registered Conveyancer / Paralegal to join our team on a full time or part time basis. The successful applicant will work with our existing conveyancer and the lawyers in our team.
If you are a proactive, motivated self-starter, ready to take your career to the next level and apply your conveyancing paralegal skills then this is a role worth considering! Can you help our team continue to excel and be an integral part of the growth of our Real Estate practice?
You will have one of the following backgrounds which will position you strongly for success in the role:
- You have a qualification as a Registered Conveyancer;
- You are working towards your conveyancing qualification; or
- You have strong paralegal experience gained from working in a conveyancing practice.
You can expect to be working in a high performing, supportive and friendly office environment. Your prior experience in the following will be advantageous:
- General land conveyancing and settlements
- Attending settlements at the LTO
- PEXA dealings
- Ordering searches and preparing adjustment and settlement statements
- Sales for mortgagees in possession
- Off-the-plan sales.
